Terms of Use

1. Your account

You can use the map without an account. Some features, such as adding a business, need you to sign in with Google.

Keep your Google account secure: anything done while signed in to your FAEQ account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

2. Using FAEQ fairly

Please do not:

• break any law, or use FAEQ to deceive, harass or harm anyone;
• add false, misleading or copied business listings, or listings for places you do not represent;
• create or share QR codes that pretend to be someone else or lead people to harmful sites;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of FAEQ, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
• copy the map data or the service in bulk with automated tools.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. What you add

You keep ownership of what you add to FAEQ, such as business details. You allow us to store and show it in FAEQ so the service can work. You confirm you have the right to share it.

4. Map and outside information

Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors, Microsoft and Overture Maps. Weather and flight information comes from outside services. This information may be incomplete or out of date.

Do not rely on FAEQ alone for safety-critical decisions such as navigation in an emergency.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep FAEQ running and improving, but we may change, pause or stop features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. FAEQ is provided as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law requires.

6. Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for losses caused by information from outside services or by content other users add. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using FAEQ at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing connect@faeq.co.in. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you in the app before they apply.
