Delete Your Data

You can ask FAEQ to delete your FAEQ account and the information linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.

1. How to ask

Email connect@faeq.co.in from the email address of your FAEQ account, with the subject "Delete my FAEQ account".

We ask you to write from the same address so that we know the request is yours. We will reply to confirm, and again when it is done. We reply within 30 days.

2. What we delete

Your FAEQ account: the name, email address and profile picture we received from Google.
The businesses you added to the map, including the details and the document files you uploaded to prove them.
Anything else linked to your account.

Technical server records are deleted automatically after 14 days, so they need no request.

3. Remove FAEQ from your Google account

You can also stop FAEQ from using your Google sign-in yourself. In your Google Account, open Security, then "Third-party apps & services" (or "Your connections to third-party apps"), choose FAEQ and select "Delete all connections". This does not delete your FAEQ data, so please also send us the email above.
